A very impressive look at future Mandarin Oriental Residences in Abu Dhabi’s Saadiyat Cultural District, designed by the renowned Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG).

This unique development will feature 226 luxurious homes managed by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, with interiors crafted by Lillian Wu Studio.

Situated amidst cultural landmarks like the Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Zayed National Museum, and the upcoming Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the residences offer a blend of sophistication and connectivity. Completion is projected for 2028.

The interiors will showcase natural materials such as rich woods and marble, complemented by expansive windows and curated lighting. Amenities include The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, a state-of-the-art gym, private dining areas, a residents’ lounge, a theater, and a library. An on-site Mandarin Oriental Cake Shop will offer artisanal desserts.

This project aims to redefine luxury living in Abu Dhabi, providing residents with a lifestyle steeped in culture and elegance.
