Artist Andreas Lie takes us on a nostalgic journey through moments that never really happened. Using traditional collage techniques, Lie shows us vintage moments of road trips, scenic viewpoints and drive-ins, set in deep space, or on the precipice of a roadway suspended above the entire planet.
These surreal moments pull the viewer out of the ordinary immediately, but anchor them with familiar scenery that looks pulled out of a 1960s photo album.
