Porsche’s Carrera is an object of admiration and desire for most car lovers, and for good reason. The 911, also known as the Carrera, has been made since the early 1960s with minimal changes to the bodywork and overall dynamics. It’s a high performance beauty of a machine.

Designers Marek Piano & Radek Stepan knew that while designing this Café Racer Concept, and kept many of the styling cues of the Carrera alive, while also creating a futuristic electric motorcycle.

We appreciate the sleek body that feels both nostalgic and forward-thinking at the same time.

The tail-bar light is reminiscent of Porsche’s recent design language. Same with the headlights, which feature four pill-shaped LEDs.

The illuminated Harmon/Kardon audio system is a standout feature, wrapping around the motor housing, and looking quite futuristic in the process.

While only a concept, we feel like this low-slung Café Racer does the Carrera justice.
