Luxury brand Louis Vuitton is renovating their flagship store in New York City, but weren’t satisfied with putting paper over the store windows and putting a ‘Coming Soon’ sign up.

They went to great lengths to entirely wrap the East 57th Street and 5th Avenue building in a facade that mimics their famed luggage trunks.

Resembling six giant trunks of various sizes, the wrap is done convincingly, complete with giant metal fasteners and hardware to pay homage to the company’s famous luggage.

The flagship store will be renovated for the next few years, and during this time, the company’s temporary location will be just a few blocks away.
