Australia’s cities have been growing rapidly, and with it, their skylines have been evolving and changing.

The country’s Gold Coast is home to famous beaches, and soon, the tallest skyscraper in all of Australia.

Named One Park Lane, the 101-story tower would rise to approximately 393 meters (1289 feet), making it Australia’s tallest building if approved and completed.

Designed by BKK Architects and Cottee Parker, the two towers feature a distinctive black exterior, with organic, swooping forms, and a futuristic glass bridge on the towers’ 22nd floor.

The best of Gold Coast’s sceneries will be on full display with uninterrupted views of Broadwater to the east, the Surfers Paradise skyline to the south, South Stradbroke Island to the north, and a magnificent landscape of Gold Coast Hinterland Park and mountains to the west. “
