🎃 Pumpkins are technically berries, and they can grow to over a ton in weight.
Botanically speaking, pumpkins belong to a category of fruit called pepos, which are a type of berry with a hard rind and fleshy interior (like cucumbers and melons). Despite their earthy, vegetable reputation, that makes pumpkins giant berries.
