In the heart of Tirana, Albania, a bold new building is turning heads. Puzzle Tirana, designed by NOA (Network of Architecture) and Atelier4, is a striking 71-meter tower that feels like a vertical village.

It’s got a playful vibe, stacking house-shaped blocks that jut out from the structure like pieces of a puzzle.

The unique exterior is visually arresting, making you take a pause to fully absorb what you’re seeing.

A Puzzle of Design and Function

The first thing you’ll notice? The facade. Those house-shaped volumes aren’t just for show—they extend out anywhere from half a meter to three meters, creating extra space for balconies, gardens, and cozy hangouts. It’s functional and fun, offering residents a bit of outdoor space in the middle of the city.

A Hole in the Middle? Yep.

One of the coolest features is a giant void that slices through the center of the building. Think of it as a breathing space for the tower, complete with cantilevered balconies where you can take in some epic city views.

What’s Inside?

Puzzle Tirana isn’t just about looks—it’s a mixed-use space with unique features for a range of residents. The ground floors are all about shops and cafes, while the next few levels mix hotel rooms with apartments. Head further up, and you’ll find more apartments, topped off with five luxurious penthouses at the very top.

Urban Cool Meets Creative Flair

This tower isn’t just another high-rise; it’s a fresh take on city living. It has a unique design and clever use of space. Puzzle Tirana blends creativity, functionality, and a touch of whimsy. Whether you’re strolling past or lucky enough to live inside, it’s a building that’s impossible to ignore.
