Working under the name Mynah FM, artist, designer, and animator Arina Kokoreva creates a world of movement and emotion that is bolstered by her own creativity.
Mynah FM’s unique eye shows us characters embodying moods, characteristics, and creates work that feels like it’s been tuned in from a half-remembered radio signal.

Her design and animation live in the space between the analog and the digital, the mystical and the mechanical. The Porto, Portugal-based artist is prolific both in the world of motion graphics, but traditional illustration as well.

Her visuals pulse with static, gradients, radio towers, and occult symbols. Projects like ON AIR and VOL. VII blend tarot and transmission, giving her imagery a retro-future aura that’s equal parts dream and distortion.
Instead of sleek motion, her animations jitter, flicker, and hum. Frame-by-frame drawing, collage, and glitches turn every sequence into a living broadcast.

You can think of her work as mysticism meets media. Tarot and symbolism layered with broadcast metaphors.

We love the idea of “tuning in” to Kokoreva’s work, versus just viewing it.
