The building’s layered glass and textured façade echo the city’s industrial rhythm, while its height and ambition capture the spirit of renewal that’s sweeping through the Motor City.
From the street, it reflects the grit and grace of Detroit’s rebirth. From above, it joins a skyline that’s finally growing again, full of promise and purpose.
The Hudson’s site once defined a golden era for Detroit commerce, now it defines a new era of creativity, culture, and confidence.
The new Hudson’s Detroit complex will be a dynamic blend of everything the modern city center needs. Inside, it will feature high-end retail, restaurants, and cultural spaces at street level, creating a lively pedestrian experience along Woodward Avenue.
GM will also call many of the building’s floors home, with offices spread throughout the towers.
