Yo Hosoyamada, a London-based illustrator with an architectural past, captures everyday scenes with a soft cinematic glow.

Think of someone brushing past a deli, an artist hunched over work, or a gardener and her dog at the market, with each moment bathed in rich hues and warm light.

Her work has an effortlessness to it, and she blends bold color, textured depth, and subtle perspective, turning ordinary life into visual poetry.

Having trained at the Bartlett and Camberwell, she’s moved into illustration for top outlets like Wired UKELLE, and The Times.
