Located in eastern Java in Indonesia lies Bromo Tennger Semeru National Park. It’s home to a very active volcano, Bromo, which bellows steam and smoke out into the sky in a very primeval way. German photographer Carolin Unrath visited recently, and has a lovely series of photos showing the views from up and around the national park, with great vantage points of the active landscape below.
