Photographer Tom Hegen shows us some of the most traditional and beautiful floating markets in the world, from a unique overhead perspective.
These food traders located in Banjarmasin, Borneo have been selling good from their boats for centuries, navigating the rivers and canals of southern Borneo.
With his overhead view, we see uniformed slender boats loaded with all sorts of goods, from fresh fish to produce to spices to handmade items.
The distinct perspective and cleaned up images let the viewer focus directly on the subject, and get lost in the details.
